1. Parties
This Campaign Agreement is made between {{Brand Name}} ("Brand") and {{Creator Name}} ("Creator") through Modest Creator Hub, Unit 5, Maidenhead Enterprise Centre, Maidenhead, SL6 7BE, on 24 September 2026.
2. Campaign
Campaign name: {{Campaign Name}}. The Creator will produce the deliverables set out in the schedule below by the stated deadline.
3. Deliverables and deadline
The number of videos, photos, raw footage files, posting requirements and the delivery deadline are those recorded in the schedule to this agreement.
4. Fees
Creator fee: {{Fee}}. Platform commission: {{Commission}}. The expected Creator payout and the total payable by the Brand are shown in the schedule.
5. Revisions
The Creator will provide the revision allowance stated in the schedule. Further rounds are chargeable.
6. Usage rights
The Brand receives the usage rights stated in the schedule, limited by territory, duration and exclusivity. Paid advertising, whitelisting and Spark Ads apply only where marked as granted.
7. Payment flow
The Brand pays at acceptance. Funds are held until the Creator delivers and the approval window closes or the Brand approves, whichever is earlier. The Creator payout is then released.
8. Approval window and disputes
The Brand has the approval window stated in the schedule to approve or request revisions. Disputes are raised through the Platform and reviewed by the Platform team; both parties agree to engage in good faith before any external action.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation before work begins is refunded in full. After work begins, a fair proportion of the fee is payable for work completed.
10. Governing law and signature
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties accept electronically on the Platform; acceptance timestamps, IP addresses and device details are recorded and have the same effect as a handwritten signature.
